Jared Danilson Rejoins FaegreBD's Insurance Group in Indianapolis

Jared Danilson has rejoined Faegre Baker Daniels as a partner in the firm’s insurance group in Indianapolis.

Danilson has extensive experience counseling clients through corporate and strategic transactions and related regulatory matters in the insurance industry. He has steered major insurance and health benefits companies through numerous high-profile mergers and acquisitions, leading all insurance aspects related to the transactions, including negotiations, due diligence and regulatory approvals.

In his role at FaegreBD, Danilson advises insurance and health benefits companies and holding company systems on a variety of transaction and related matters including, mergers and acquisitions involving insurers and HMOs; indemnity and assumption reinsurance, and renewal rights transactions; captive insurance and risk retention group matters; strategic alliances and joint ventures involving insurance business; investment activities of insurers; Form A, Form E and other insurance holding company system issues; non-controlling and minority investments in insurance holding companies; and corporate governance requirements.

Danilson earned his law degree cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, a master’s in business administration from Rockhurst University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Rockhurst University.
