FaegreBD Helps Super League Gaming Complete IPO
FaegreBD represented the underwriters in the $25 million initial public offering of Super League Gaming, Inc. Super League Gaming sold 2.3 million shares at $11.00. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on February 26, 2019 under the symbol “SLGG.”

Super League’s proprietary technology platform transforms local movie theaters, PC cafes and restaurant and retail venues into esports arenas, facilitating critical components of successful competitions such as player match-making, tournament operations, data visualization, and local and national live broadcasts, all across a wide variety of competitive formats.
Northland Securities, Inc. and Lake Street Capital Markets, LLC acted as the joint book-running managers and National Securities Corporation acted as the co-manager for the initial public offering. This was FaegreBD’s first deal for Lake Street Capital Markets.
Jonathan Zimmerman, Ben Stacke, Ryan Woessner and Sarah Bartlett led the deal team.
