Richard Bennett Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Minneapolis

Richard Bennett has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the corporate group in the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Bennett provides practical guidance to assist clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, investment management, venture finance, and general corporate issues.

He draws from his experience negotiating, drafting and structuring agreements to handle any challenges his clients might face.

Before joining FaegreBD, Bennett worked as an associate at a corporate law firm in Minneapolis, where he gained extensive transactional experience.

Bennett earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as the articles editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
