Erica Moran Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Minneapolis

Erica Moran has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the product liability group in the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Moran helps clients prevent, defend, manage and resolve product liability litigation.

Moran has been involved in all stages of litigation, including bringing multiple cases to trial. Her experience includes case evaluation and client counseling, drafting pleadings and motions, managing pre-trial discovery, negotiating with opposing counsel, trial preparation, and second-chairing arbitrations.

Before joining FaegreBD, Moran worked as an associate in the Los Angeles office of a large international law firm, where she defended class action lawsuits involving unfair business practices, false advertising and violations of data privacy laws, as well as complex commercial matters.

Moran earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as the chief managing editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. She received a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Carleton College.
