Kyle Hosmer Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Denver

Lyle Hosmer has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the finance and restructuring group in the firm’s Denver office.

Hosmer is a trial and appellate litigator. He has considerable experience representing companies and their executives in commercial disputes and bankruptcy matters, and he maintains an active pro bono practice.

Before joining FaegreBD, Hosmer was an associate at McGuireWoods LLP, where he represented clients in appeals, class actions, business disputes, fiduciary litigation and transactional matters. Before that, he served as a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Hosmer earned his J.D., cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
