Bryan Pasciak Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Chicago

Bryan Pasciak has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the product liability group in the firm’s Chicago office.

Pasciak defends his clients through all stages of product liability, toxic tort and commercial litigation.

Before joining FaegreBD, Pasciak was an associate at a Chicago law firm, where he represented clients in state and federal courts across the country. His practice focused on matters involving product liability, toxic torts and financial services, including the False Claims Act, breaches of contracts, securities and commercial litigation.

Pasciak earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as technology editor of the Journal of College and University Law. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornerstone University.
