LCLD Recognizes Faegre Drinker With 2020 ‘Top Performer’ and ‘Compass Award’ Recognitions for Commitment to the Advancement of Diversity in the Legal Profession

Faegre Drinker is proud to be recognized by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) as one of only 22 firms to receive both the 2020 “Top Performer” and the 2020 “Compass Award” designations for its commitment to building a more diverse organization and a more inclusive legal profession.

“Top Performers” are LCLD’s most active member corporations and law firms, while the “Compass Award” recognizes those members who personally attend LCLD’s annual meeting and participate in the organization’s Fellows and Pathfinder programs, as well as at least one pipeline program such as Mentoring or 1L Scholars.
