Faegre Drinker Named “Product Liability Litigation Powerhouse” by BTI Consulting

Faegre Drinker’s product liability and mass torts practice has been named a “Powerhouse” in BTI Consulting Group’s “Litigation Outlook 2022: Post-Pandemic and Beyond” report. Faegre Drinker is one of only four firms to receive the top “Powerhouse” recognition.

The “BTI Litigation Outlook 2022” report covers key trends and changes in litigation. The research was based on more than 350 in-depth interviews with top legal decisionmakers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue and conducted between March 10 and September 16, 2021.
