Leading online syndicator JD Supra has recognized Faegre Drinker’s product liability and mass torts practice as a “Top Firm,” and attorneys Richard Ferrin and Kaitlyn Stone as “Top Authors” in the 2021 Readers’ Choice Awards.

The JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards recognize top authors and firms who were read by C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media, and other professionals across the JD Supra platform during 2020. This year, the awards recognize authors and firms for their visibility, engagement and thought leadership covering 28 key, cross-industry topics.

Faegre Drinker’s product liability and mass torts practice earned the “Top Firm” award, based on overall visibility and reader engagement of their publications. The nationally ranked practice delivers solutions for global manufacturers, distributors and retailers throughout the product life cycle. Members of the group offer deep experience in managing global, national, regional and local matters, from individual cases to mass torts and class actions.

Customs and international trade counsel Richard Ferrin was named a “Top Author” for the thought leadership he produced in the International Law category. Ferrin empowers U.S. and foreign manufacturers, exporters and importers to augment global trade practices. He works with clients to remain both compliant and at the top of their game.

Product liability and mass torts associate Kaitlyn Stone received a “Top Author” award for the Product Liability sector. She was ranked second out of the ten top authors covering product liability matters for the level of visibility and engagement she attained with readers. Stone represents major pharmaceutical companies in products liability cases involving prescription medications and medical devices. She has experience ranging from individual cases to class actions, and the majority of her practice focuses on multidistrict litigations and coordinated state proceedings.
