Faegre Drinker Selects Anthony Finnell, Sharena Smith and Pablo Svirsky for 2022 Class of LCLD Pathfinders and Fellows

Faegre Drinker is pleased to announce that Anthony Finnell and Sharena Smith have been selected for membership in the 2022 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders and Pablo Svirsky has been named a member of the 2022 class of LCLD Fellows.

The LCLD Pathfinder program is a seven-month professional program designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession along with experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching.

An associate in the firm’s Minneapolis office, Finnell helps clients defend, resolve, prevent and manage product liability issues and litigation as part of a product liability team that has collectively tried hundreds of cases.

Smith is a real estate associate in the firm’s Denver office where she guides her clients through a variety of real estate matters, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate lending, commercial and office leasing, and commercial and retail development.

The LCLD Fellows program is an intensive, yearlong professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. Designed for lawyers with eight to 15 years of experience, the program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners, and their peers for mentoring and career guidance.
