Heather Perkins is a product liability and mass torts partner in the Denver office, where she litigates and advises clients in product liability, trade secret, franchise and distribution, antitrust, and other complex commercial matters.

Brian Schnell is a corporate partner in the Minneapolis office, where he leads Faegre Drinker’s franchise and distribution practice.
