Amy Seidel and David Archer Recognized by Twin Cities Business as 2022 Notable in Law Honorees

Corporate partner Amy Seidel and business litigation associate David Archer have been named Twin Cities Business 2022 Notable in Law honorees for their leadership, client work, pro bono efforts and community involvement.

Seidel was selected for inclusion in the publication’s list of “Notable Partners in Law.” Seidel advises public companies on SEC reporting requirements, stock exchange listing standards, executive compensation issues, disclosure issues and general corporate governance matters.

Archer was recognized as one of Twin Cities Business’s “Notable Emerging Stars in Law.” Archer is a litigator who helps clients resolve complex business and commercial disputes. He represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of business litigation matters, with an emphasis on franchise matters.
