Marc-Joseph Gansah, Tyler Graham, Manny McMiller and Jamison Whiting Selected to Join The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40

Florham Park labor and employment associate Marc-Joseph Gansah, Denver corporate associate Tyler Graham, Indianapolis business litigation associate Manny McMiller and Minneapolis corporate associate Jamison Whiting have been invited to join The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, an organization that celebrates the legal excellence of top African American attorneys. After being nominated and vetted, Gansah, Graham, McMiller and Whiting were selected as members of this elite national network.

Gansah, a pragmatic advocate for his clients, represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters in connection with litigation and counseling related to various federal, state and local laws. He has experience representing clients before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. and the American Arbitration Association. Gansah earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore and his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.

Graham supports corporate clients through transactions in addition to advising private and public businesses on the latest state and federal regulations. She served as a Faegre Drinker summer associate in 2019 and 2020 where she drafted memoranda on ethics rules pertaining to settlement negotiations and nonprofit bylaws and governance documents. Graham earned her bachelor’s degree from DePaul University, her master’s degree from Vanderbilt University and her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

McMiller helps companies resolve and manage disputes in litigation, partnering with clients to achieve their business goals and avoid business disruption. He represents a wide range of commercial clients and defends product manufacturers in asbestos and related personal injury cases. McMiller has experience advising nonprofit organizations on compliance with the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act. McMiller earned his bachelor’s degree from Williams College and his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.

Whiting advises public and private companies on strategic business initiatives in addition to keeping up with state and federal regulations for public and private businesses. He served as a Faegre Drinker summer associate in 2019 and 2020. Whiting earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law.
