Heather Carson Perkins Honored With 'Raising the Bar' Recognition From CWBA Foundation

Product liability and mass torts partner and Faegre Drinker board member Heather Carson Perkins has been named a 2022 “Raising the Bar” honoree. Each year, the CWBA Foundation (CWBAF) honors women attorneys who have made a difference in their local communities and “raised the bar.”

This year’s recognition honors women attorneys who have distinguished themselves as managing partners of their law firms. They are not only making significant contributions to their law firms but also paving the way for women leaders who will follow in their footsteps.

Carson Perkins is an experienced first-chair trial attorney who litigates complex commercial, franchise and product liability disputes in federal, state and arbitration proceedings across the country and abroad. She also counsels her clients on litigation risk management, including assessment of risk and exposure.
