Dana Gray Honored as a ‘2023 Notable Leader in Recruitment & Talent’ by Twin Cities Business

Managing Director of Professional Development Dana Gray was named a “2023 Notable Leaders in Recruitment & Talent” honoree by Twin Cities Business. The award honors recruitment and talent leaders “expanding employee benefits, diversifying teams and aiding in aggressive growth strategies for their employers.”

In a feature profile, the publication explained that Gray leads recruiting and talent development at the firm and oversees the development of programming around skills, evaluation and advancement, coaching, engagement and retention. Recognized for 30 years of industry experience, Gray was appointed to the board of The National Association for Law Placement, where she serves as one of the organization’s four at-large directors.
