Erika Collins Recognized as International Employment Leader’s 2023 ‘International Employment Lawyer of the Year’

International Employment Lawyer (IEL) recognized labor and employment partner Erika Collins as “International Employment Lawyer of the Year – Private Practice” in the inaugural IEL Awards.

The award recognizes standout law firm partners whose work on cross-border mandates has brought real value to their clients. Collins was selected as the winner from eight shortlisted lawyers from across the world. The shortlist includes attorneys from both global powerhouses and boutique practices across a range of disciplines, from executive compensation and labor relations to disputes and investigations.

The publication shared that Collins is an “exceptional lawyer” who has been a trailblazer in the field. She has long-standing experience in international employment law matters for more than two decades, acting for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Collins leads the firm’s international employment practice team that advises employers on traditional cross-border projects, and she is widely seen as an industry thought leader – offering her expert views on everything from the rise of artificial intelligence in the workplace to the importance of human rights policies.

Collins was honored at the IEL Awards Ceremony at Plaisterers’ Hall in London on Nov. 15.
