Faegre Drinker Advises TT Capital Partners in Purchase of All Equity Interests of Cantata Health Solutions

A Faegre Drinker team led by corporate partner Mark Pihlstrom, with the support of client team leader and chair of the firm’s private equity practice Ryan Miske, represented TT Capital Partners (TTCP) in the purchase of all the equity interests of Cantata Health Solutions, a leader in health care technology solutions to providers of behavioral health, human services, and acute and post-acute care.
