Lauren Barron Elected as an American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Fellow
Private client partner Lauren Barron has been elected to the new class of American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) fellows. ACTEC members (Fellows) are peer-elected on the basis of professional reputation and expertise in the preparation of wills and trusts, estate planning, probate, trust administration and related practice areas.
Barron creates tailored strategies for transferring wealth. She also helps individual and corporate clients to operate trusts and administer estates. Barron works collaboratively with clients’ other wealth advisors to optimize wealth management solutions. When interests diverge, she advocates for both trustees and beneficiaries in court or negotiating settlements.
Established in 1949, the ACTEC is a national nonprofit association of approximately 2,400 attorneys and law professors from throughout the United States and abroad.
