Faegre Drinker Represents LyricFind in Acquisition of Rotor Videos
A Faegre Drinker team led by London finance and restructuring partner Buvini Kularatne represented LyricFind — the world’s leader in lyric licensing and data solutions — in its acquisition of Belfast-based Rotor Videos. LyricFind and CD Baby also entered into a partnership to launch integrations of both the Rotor Videos tool and LyricFind’s Lyric Video Enterprise solution.
