Brian Schnell is a corporate partner in the Minneapolis office, where he leads Faegre Drinker’s franchise and distribution practice. Schnell counsels both emerging and mature franchisors, ranging from companies with thousands of locations worldwide to companies in the initial stages of building franchise systems.

Lucie Guyot is a corporate counsel in the Boulder office, where she helps U.S. franchise companies widen their footprints and expand domestically and internationally.
