Paige Izquierdo Named a ‘Rising Star’ in the Inaugural Social Mobility List by Making The Leap

London corporate associate Paige Izquierdo was named a 2024 “Rising Star” in the 2024 Social Mobility List. The Social Mobility List, published by Making The Leap, is a groundbreaking new publication focused on highlighting the key contributors and initiatives that are driving social mobility in the UK.

It features a comprehensive overview of individuals, charities, and companies making significant strides in advancing social mobility across the UK. Individuals in the list are recognized for actively creating positive social change for their employees and in their communities. “Rising Stars” are professionals under 35 who “stand out,” and “have made a significant contribution to advancing the cause of social mobility.”

The List celebrates 56 different organizations across 12 categories, as well as 18 individuals across a further three categories, and five charities leading the way in social mobility.

Izquierdo is the co-founder and co-leader of the London office's Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee as well as an active member of the London Women's Committee and London's Social, Sports and Charity Committee.
