Faegre Drinker Advises Ansell Healthcare Products in Acquisition of Kimberly-Clark’s Personal Protective Equipment Business in Over 40 Countries

A Faegre Drinker team led by US corporate partners John Stoddard and Adam Weinstock, in collaboration with colleagues in the UK and China, represented longstanding client Ansell Healthcare Products, the US subsidiary of Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN), in its $640 million acquisition of Kimberly-Clark’s Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business, including the Kimtech and KleenGuard brands for scientific and safety PPE. The transaction, which closed on July 1, 2024, involved the transfer of assets, personnel and certain liabilities in over 40 countries, together with related financing arrangements in the US and Australia.
