Jim Birge, Kathy Osborn and Andrea Pierson Named to 2024 ‘Indiana 250’ Influential List
Faegre Drinker Indianapolis partners Jim Birge, Kathy Osborn and Andrea Pierson have been selected as honorees of IBJ Media’s third annual “Indiana 250,” a list of the state’s most influential and impactful business and community leaders, representing public and private companies, law firms, universities, not-for-profits, government and community organizations.
The list was compiled by the executives, editors and newsroom staff at IBJ Media’s three news brands — Indianapolis Business Journal, Inside Indiana Business and The Indiana Lawyer — after a months-long process that included reviewing nominations, researching Indiana organizations and interviewing community leaders across the state.
Birge, named to the list for the third time, serves in the firm’s corporate practice group and is a leading transactional attorney and trusted advisor for many companies throughout Indiana. He has experience guiding corporations in a broad range of industries, from industrial, food and agribusiness, insurance and life sciences. Osborn, named to the list for a second year, is a business litigation partner, co-leader of the firm’s antitrust team and former Indianapolis office leader. She guides clients across several industries through high-stakes commercial and antitrust litigation. She counsels large corporations on competition law matters and merger strategies at every level. Her third time being named to the list, Pierson is a renowned trial attorney who has defended manufacturers across 40 federal state courts across the country and Canada. She has counseled clients involving several advanced medical technologies, from vascular implants to pharmaceuticals, and is a co-lead counsel to one of the world’s largest orthopedic device manufacturers in pending litigation.
