Anna Thibert Named 2024 ‘Unsung Legal Hero’ by Minnesota Lawyer

Director of Legal Administrative Assistant Strategy and Support Anna Thibert was named a 2024 “Unsung Legal Hero” by Minnesota Lawyer. The award recognizes legal professionals who “play a critical role in helping the lawyers look good in court and the offices.”

Thibert develops and implements strategy for hundreds of legal support staffers across Faegre Drinker’s national and international offices. She leads efforts to ensure the firm’s administrative assistants are up to date on the latest legal and technology trends to best support attorneys and has experience in managing and supporting different practice groups.

In a Minnesota Lawyer profile, Thibert discussed her experience dealing with complex challenges in her role, including changes in the workplace brought about by the pandemic.

The profile also highlighted her leadership in expanding a new legal administrative assistant (LAA) pilot program to the entire firm. Thibert spent months preparing the initiative and communicating with various stakeholders before traveling to each office to roll out the program. Thibert trained 15 LAA’s to support over 200 attorneys through the new program.

“My role has done nothing but grow over the past six years,” she noted.
