Faegre Drinker Earns Perfect Score on 2025 Corporate Equality Index for LGBTQ+ Workplace Equality

Faegre Drinker is proud to announce that it received top marks from the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation with a 100% ranking on its 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

Faegre Drinker joins the 765 U.S. businesses honored with HRC Foundation’s Equality 100 Award as Leaders in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion. The 2025 CEI rated 1,449 organizations based on LGBTQ+-related criteria, including non-discrimination policies across business entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility.

Faegre Drinker is committed to  promoting and growing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workforce. The firm’s client DEI dashboard, piloted in 2022, customizes information in real-time and serves as a guide for measuring inclusivity of client teams based on objective criteria for accountability.
