Minnesota Lawyer Recognizes Faegre Drinker Partners in ‘The Power List: Mergers & Acquisitions 2025’

The Minnesota Lawyer selected three Faegre Drinker partners — Morgan Burns, Randy Kahnke and Michael Stewart — as “The Power List: Mergers and Acquisitions 2025” honorees. The award highlights power brokers who lead and influence various parts of the Minnesota legal community.

Burns noted that the M&A world can often be unpredictable. “I think the unpredictability and instability of the political environment has been a big challenge for the M&A market and will continue to be so for some time to come. Lack of clarity and unexpected changes in fiscal and regulatory policy cut against the stability that dealmakers crave and create an incentive for them to ‘wait and see’ what happens next before engaging in a transaction.” Read Burns’ profile.
