Faegre Drinker Attorneys Named to Franchise Times Legal Eagles
The Franchise Times released its 2025 Legal Eagles list of attorneys, a collection of the best lawyers who franchisors and franchisees can turn to, that included corporate partner Brian Schnell, product liability and mass torts partner Heather Carson Perkins and corporate counsel Lucie Guyot.
Along with the recognition, the attorneys discussed several current topics, ranging from regulatory shifts to M&A transactions in the Legal Eagles special section. When asked what is expected to be the biggest trend in 2025, Schnell said, “Performance matters. Unit-level economics, system changes and brand-level performance will matter more in 2025 than ever before, especially with emerging franchisors. Yes, franchise development is important, but in order for any franchise system to be successful and sustainable for all stakeholders, franchise leaders must have an obsession with unit-level economics and franchisees delivering on the brand promise.”
