Faegre Drinker Real Estate Team Recognized by Philadelphia Business Journal in ‘Best Real Estate Deals of 2024’

A Faegre Drinker team of partner Jerald Goodman and associate Adrian Ciacci represented Trammell Crow Company in the sale of the Matson Mill apartment complex to Goldman Sachs Asset Management in July 2024. The deal was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a “Best Real Estate Deals of 2024” honoree and received first place in the apartment sale category.

The sale of Matson Mill, a 280-unit apartment complex in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, represented the first sale of a newly constructed, core multifamily asset in the Philadelphia metro area in several years. Trammell Crow Company sold the 317,740 square feet building for $109 million.

The Philadelphia Business Journal’s award program recognizes the top commercial real estate projects and deals completed in the Philadelphia metro area in the year prior. For 2024, five deals were selected by the publication’s judges across two apartment subcategories.
