Florham Park partner Andy Norin spoke at the National Business Institute’s “Land Use Law: Current Issues in Subdivision and Zoning” seminar on Monday, Oct. 15, in Newark, N.J.

Andy’s presentation was titled, “The Subdivision, Site Plan and Variance Application Process.”

Andy addressed recent case law and changes to the Municipal Land Use Law that are affecting the planning board and zoning board application process in New Jersey, including the Time of Application Rule, default approvals, notices of public hearing, the Permit Extension Act and extended vesting for urban development projects.
