Mike will discuss the topic "Defending the Unintended Claim: Workers Suing Beyond Worker's Compensation Claims for Personal Injury" with William Hubbard, partner at Thompson Hine, LLP in Cleveland, Ohio. The pair will help the audience with identifying when worker's compensation doesn't take away the right to sue, ways to defend against allegations of intentional tort, how to prove negligence to disprove intentional tort and how to avoid problems with insurers to ensure coverage.
