Mortgage Financing

Sara Hansen Wilson spoke at PLI’s 17th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute on November 5, 2015. Sara co-presented with Andrea Clay of Allen Matkins. Their presentation was titled, “Mortgage Financing” and covered financing transactions, underwriting trends, borrower hot buttons, special purpose entities/non-consolidation options, securitized loans, specialized types of financing and mock negotiation.

The annual institute brings industry professionals together for informative discussions converting construction contracts, purchase and sale negotiations, lending balances, real estate litigation, leasing issues and land use and environmental issues.
