Seventh Circuit Appeals From Start to Finish

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit will take center stage at an event culminating with a roundtable discussion featuring three Seventh Circuit Judges Michael Kanne, John Tinder and David Hamilton. Brian Paul, Faegre Baker Daniels partner and chair of the Indiana State Bar Appellate Practice Section, will introduce the event and also give a presentation entitled "Surviving and Thriving at Oral Argument."

Aaron Van Oort and Chuck Webber, both FaegreBD partners, will recall their experiences clerking for Circuit Judges Richard Posner and Frank Easterbrook in a discussion moderated by Bruce Jones, a fellow FaegreBD partner. Harmony Mappes, FaegreBD associate, will also present on the procedural underpinnings of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
