Mercedes Meyer Presents at AIPLA Annual Meeting

Washington, D.C., partner Mercedes Meyer presented at three different sessions at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.

On Tuesday, October 25, Mercedes presented “AIPLA 2016 101 Biotech Myriad Prometheus” in front of the AIPLA Japan Practice Committee.

On Wednesday, October 26, Mercedes spoke in a session titled “AIPLA 2016 Prosecution Bootcamp” where she spoke on continuation practice and requesting continued examination.

Finally, on Thursday, October 27, Mercedes presented “AIPLA 2016 Duty of Disclosure When is enough ENOUGH" at the main plenary lecture and CLE seminar on ethics.

Mercedes spoke in front of about 1,000 attendees in total throughout the week.
