Producer/Agent Fraud: A Continuing and Ever Changing Dilemma

Philadelphia partner Katherine Villanueva recently spoke at the International Claim Associations Annual Education conference. Her session, “Producer/Agent Fraud: A Continuing and Ever Changing Dilemma” considered some of the latest producer/agent schemes to come to light, and provided investigative and legal measures on how to detect and combat it. She also discussed how to position companies to avoid being victimized by future schemes.
