Midwest Environmental Compliance Conference

Del Ehrich and Olivia Lucas of Faegre Baker Daniels will each co-present sessions at the Midwest Environmental Compliance Conference in Overland Park, Kansas.

On day two, Del will participate with an EPA representative in "Next Generation Compliance: Next Steps," a review of the ongoing efforts of the U.S. EPA to reinvent compliance utilizing new technologies, data collection/analysis, smarter permits, advanced emissions testing and reporting, and greater transparency.

Also on day two, Olivia will join representatives from the Omaha Public Power District and the Empire District Electric Company to present a "CPP Case Study: OPPD Compliance Plan." The session will address new uncertainties for the CPP, compare state plans and address non-regulatory drivers.
