Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts and Products Liability Committees' Joint CLE Seminar

Del Ehrich of Faegre Baker Daniels will join the Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts and Products Liability Litigation Committees’ Joint CLE Seminar on January 27. He will moderate a plenary session on "The Rise of the Citizen Scientist: Emerging Technologies and Their Impacts."

The panel will discuss the emergence of low cost, portable monitoring devices is empowering “citizen scientists” to generate data to challenge industry actions. Leaders in this field will explore the rise of citizen-generated data and how it is used by plaintiffs’ groups and agencies, including issues related to data validation and admissibility.
