Achieving Better eDiscovery Outcomes Through Better IG

Washington, D.C., associates Yodi Hailemariam and Amy Marcos led a webinar for the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Information Governance Committee titled, “Achieving Better eDiscovery Outcomes through Better IG.” The presentation discussed how better practices for information governance, with a special emphasis on e-discovery, can lead to more efficient business processes.

Yodi and Amy outlined the 2015 amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and explained how an organization can tailor specific information governance projects and practices to better insulate itself from sanctions, and lower the burdens associated with a fundamentally changed e-discovery landscape.
