Mid-Atlantic State Update: DC, DE, PA and VA

Wilmington counsel Kaitlin McKenzie provided a “Mid-Atlantic State Update” at the Advanced Tax Institute on November 15, 2018. Kait was joined by Elissa Borges from the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Sharon Paxton of McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, and Peter Elek from RSM.

Panelists provided updates on tax changes for Delaware, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and Virginia, including current developments and available opportunities. Speakers also examined how these states are addressing federal tax reform, revisions to the Tax Cut & Jobs Act, and the impact thus far of the Wayfair decision.
