2018 Health and Welfare Plan Compliance Update

Chicago partner Michael Rosenbaum and counsel Dawn Sellstrom spoke at GCG Financial’s Annual Employee Benefits Benchmarking Survey Seminar on June 7. Michael and Dawn provided a health and welfare plan compliance update, and reviewed new mental health parity guidance, wellness plan developments, and Department of Labor audits.

The other half of the seminar analyzed the results of GCG’s 2018 Benefits Benchmarking Survey, and examined alternative funding strategies, consumerism, and the hottest trends in health care.
