Is your trademark famous? The program provides an overview of the fame standard under the Trademark Dilution Revision Act (TDRA), a survey of 2018-19 federal court and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) decisions, and an analysis of the evidence needed to support a finding of fame under the TDRA. The presentation also explains fictional and niche market fame.
