Making the Right Call: Navigating TCPA Regulation and Litigations
Overview
On Thursday, October 10, 2019, Drinker Biddle’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the firm’s Philadelphia office hosted a CLE event. As one of three one-hour CLEs, Washington, D.C., partner Laura Phillips, New York counsel Marsha Indych and Philadelphia associate John Yi spoke on a panel on “Making the Right Call: Navigating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act’s Regulation and Litigations,” from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The panel provided an overview of the TCPA, discussed regulatory and legislative developments and recent case law and provided best practices for mitigating risk.
The other one-hour panel discussions were:
