Webinar
Overview
Over the next 25 years, it is estimated that baby boomers will transfer more than $60 billion, and studies show that a significant portion of that wealth will pass into the hands of nonprofit organizations and charities. After securing the promise of a future gift from a donor, it is critical for these organizations to work proactively to protect those gifts from challenges after the donor passes. Please join us as we discuss how organizations can ensure that significant pledges upon which the beneficiary intends to rely become enforceable contracts. We also will discuss protecting and collecting on-death gifts from donors and ensuring their wishes are respected.
