Las Vegas ESOP Program & Reception

Please be our guest for a program and cocktail reception at Bally’s Las Vegas on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, following the ESOP Association’s Employee Owned 2019 opening cocktail reception.

This program will address current issues of importance to employee-owned company directors and management, inside and outside trustees, administrative and communication committee members, financial advisors, valuation advisors, lenders and financial institutions, and third-party administrators.

Members of our nationally-recognized ESOP Team will lead a panel discussion on issues affecting the ESOP community, including:

• Recent ESOP litigation
• Arbitration provisions in plan documents
• Executive compensation in employee-owned companies
• Current trends and issues in ESOP transactions and corporate governance
