Valuation 101: Demystifying the Mystery

Florham Park associate Andrew Van Houter will be a panelist for “Valuation 101: Demystifying the Mystery” at a luncheon meeting of the Association of Jewish Attorneys (AJA) on March 12, 2019. Other panelists include Seth Fliegler and Debra Jacobs, both of Duff & Phelps, LLC.

Panelists will discuss the steps, methodologies, and common pitfalls of calculating value in commercial disputes, bankruptcy, divorce or other matters. Panelists will also discuss applicability of discounts, including the discount for lack of marketability, in valuation litigations.
