The team discussed how to identify and prepare for potential risks from COVID-19-related labor and employment litigation.

They also addressed the impacts of COVID-19 on the workplace and long-term changes; current COVID-19 protocols and preparing the workplace for the “new normal”; risks associated with employees returning to work under a potential second wave; and resources to keep abreast of changes in COVID-19 guidance.
