Artificial Intelligence in Insurance: Regulatory Update and Trends

An Interface Series Webinar

Overview

This program is part of a monthly webinar series hosted by Faegre Drinker’s privacy, cybersecurity and data strategy (PCDS) team. Each session will open with a 360-degree overview of PCDS and IT news developments from around the world, followed by a deep dive on a significant legal issue impacting clients. Speakers include a who’s who of the industry, from Faegre Drinker attorneys to technology, operations and regulatory experts.

For insurance companies, keeping up with the latest in artificial intelligence regulatory developments can be a dizzying affair. However, it doesn’t have to be. Join North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Jon Godfread and Faegre Drinker partner Scott Kosnoff for a grounding discussion on the AI-related regulatory trends that insurers should keep foremost in mind, as well as strategy-defining insights on the next frontier for the industry. Commissioner Godfread chairs the NAIC’s Innovation and Technology Task Force and Artificial Intelligence Working Group. This discussion will include an overview of the NAIC’s Principles for Artificial Intelligence and their impact on the insurance industry.
