Managed Care Compliance Conference 2021

Michael Adelberg, Principal and Tricia Beckmann, Director, at Faegre Drinker Consulting, will present on different days at the HCCA’s Managed Care Compliance Conference, currently scheduled for January 31–February 3, 2021, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Michael will co-present “Preparing for the Era of Provider Network Transparency” with John Weis, President and Co-Founder, Quest Analytics. They will discuss the growing need to measure, manage and improve provider directories prompted by regulators and market-driven innovations, and how the directories are increasingly used to measure network adequacy in real time and to determine network capacity and stability.

Tricia will join a panel on “Rewards and Incentives Programs: How to Stay on Top of Innovation and the Regulatory Landscape,” along with Vincent Naccarato, Regulatory Compliance Counsel, WellCare Health Plans/Centene Corporation, and Tracy E. Tracy, VP-Compliance and Legal, CCPO, NovuHealth. Topics will include the evolution of rewards and incentives programs in managed care, with a focus on Medicare Advantage and Part D programs and the regulatory landscape, and common and innovative approaches to rewards and incentives offerings in practice today, including CMS demonstration projects.
