As we enter the second half of the first year of the Biden administration, the Faegre Drinker immigration and global mobility team will assess the federal government’s approach to immigration issues and other hot topics and trends affecting business immigration. The presentation will cover updates on travel restrictions, U.S. and embassy closures, and national interest exemptions; changes made by the Biden administration in the last six months (and what to expect in the final months of 2021); and other topics of note, including H-1B cap/registration, Visa Bulletin predictions, remote work issues and more.
