Board Governance for CDFIs

Elizabeth Lange, a partner in Faegre Drinker’s Philadelphia office, spoke during the OFN Conference for the CDFI Industry during a panel called “Board Governance for CDFIs.” She and the panel discussed the challenges and opportunities in building and maintaining a successful board. The panel further discussed how to include a diversity and governance framework that is successful for the board and its organization, as well as how directors handle their fiduciary obligations as members of the board.
