Practising Law Institute’s 24th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute

Faegre Drinker government and regulatory affairs partner Juan Reyes will present on “Infrastructure and Construction” at the Practising Law Institute’s 24th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute in New York City. The session will provide an overview of the role and responsibilities of the attorney in construction projects. Attendees will learn how to 1) guide clients through the project development stages to mitigate or avoid risk of loss or liability, 2) proactively assess infrastructure demands, 3) structure necessary financing mechanisms and 4) allocate and manage risks including insurance requirements.
